Appearence: Chie wears armor that is a whitish green armor with a gold lining. The armor has plating like it is layered on top of each other. The only part of himself that shows is his long green hair flowing out of the helmet.The eye hole is V shapped and keeps his eyes completely hidden. He stands at 6'3 feet and weighs roughly 168 lbs.
If he ever takes off his armor his face shows deeply tanned skin with emerald green slit eyes. Down his back are green scales all over his back, his armor contains his wings due to its magic. The stretch out around 6 feet and are green. His hair flows downward and out like a current. Obviously he can be told from the other races without his armor.
Personality: Chie is a very wise man who believes life no matter how small should be wasted. He travels around looking for new sights and looking for more lessons of life. Whenever he finds someone who is doing something wrong and tries to help them and set them on the right path. He isnt one for doing anything without a reason and only uses violence when needed.
He is very respectable to woman as to treat them equal in every way, which means treat them bad if they need it. He thinks the way the world is isnt right, he thinks the world should be split evenly amongst the races, instead of humans owning most of it. He would gladly follow a rebelion if one came forth. He also isnt one to fight to the death, if hes in a fight and he knows he wont win he will admit defeat, with no shame.

Powers: Out of his helmet he can shoot fire(due to dragon fire breathing ability); Causes blindess for a short time for the flames being in front of his eyes. Can summon huge gusts of wind to knock people back or down. Creates a fire tornado around himself and moves towards enemies; a decent amount of water can pretty much put the fire out and earth magic can stop the wind, also cant see well while spinning.

Chie was born at the very top on Mt. Helios to the leaders of the dragons. He was rasied up to believe that they had to keep their existance a secret from the other races fearing the humans would try to take their sacred land. He grew up a very stubborn and quick temper young dragon and didnt have much of an ear to rules or laws. Whenever he was supposed to be working or training he would be found goofing off. Even though he was the blood heir to the leadership he had to start out at the lowest and work his way up in the ranks.
On his way to the top he met much force against him trying to gain respect themselves. He eventually learned that hard work was the best for making it to the top instead of brute force. He toppled anyone in his way and began gaining respect from the other dragons of the mountain. He eventually made it to the top and became a well respected general, As a new general he gained royal magic armor made from the best materials of the mountain, he also ordered to have a weapon made for him, a pole staff. Before it he had a regular one that he gained from another dragon who secretly stole it from a traveling trader. So he had The Suns Balance made for himself.
He instructed the armor maker to create armor that hides his appearance completely as to not show any of his body to others as a sort of mystic. As ordered he had armor made that hid him completely in the armor. The armor was enchanted so it could hold his giant wings within his armor. He protected the mountain for many years learning lessons that quickly changed his looks on life. He knew the choices he had to make had positive and negative results and had to make harsh choices. He became very wise and patient losing his quick temper and hard headed ways, to a point.
Finally a call was made of all the Elder dragons and himself to have a meeting. The Elders of the Flame were made up of all dragons that had been leaders of the Mountain for the last hundred years.(Dragons live a long time) Chie being a general was far from leader of the Elders so he had to listen. The dragons were now going to scout the world and learn as much as they could about the other cultures and see if they were ready for them to show themselves. Chie quickly spoke up and wanted to go on this journey since he was the current high general of the mountain, and much to the Elders dismay he wouldnt budge on the matter. He already had his armor to hide his appearance so he was the best choice.

Chie was walking down the trail from his moutain home to begin his journey. The Elders didnt seem to approve of him going onto this journey being one of the Dragon Generals. He knew it would annoy them to have to go back to their long gone duties of leading the dragons of Mt. Halios. Chie laughed to himself a little at the idea of them arguing over what to do, which now that he thought about it might have been the cause of the one leader thing. Chie looked up to the sky at the glowing sun and smiled at its brilliance of its flames. Chie always wondered if he could make flames such as those one day, like the first dragon did.
He adjusted his armor and moved a little uncomfortably in it, but he figured he would get used to it along the way. He worried about only a few things about leaving the mountain and it was of his wife and soon to be born child. He thought about her and his heart ached for her, but he had to do this. For so long he had been tired of hiding away and not communicating with the other races and civilization. He hoped this would make a difference for te dragons of Mt. Helios.
