Humans
(Overall strength:Technology and teamwork)
Possibly the most intelligent race among these the Humans are exactly as one may expect. Though their overall strength may not be as possible alone on the battlefield the difference which makes them winner or looser is their willing of teamwork.Go look at yourself in a mirror. Yup, that's a human. Humans have no special aspects of their physical appearance, such as wings, tails, or things of that nature. However, on rare occasions, humans in Vicis can be gifted with supernatural abilities, such as the ability to see the future, or shoot fire from their hands. These powers are limited, though. There are some powers that no human can have, such as the ability to fly, or anything too amazing.
Vampires
(Overall Strenght:Magic and Quick Reflex)
The vampires of this world are quite stereotypical. They are extremely pale, have elongated canines, (for blood drinking and the such.) and have bright red eyes. However, these vampires are not harmed by the sunlight, nor do they sparkle in it. It merely causes discomfort, so they tend to stay out of it. They do not transform into to bats, either. They feed mainly on animals native to their land, Abyssus, due to the distance between them and the humans. However, there have been a few known to feed on human blood, but those were quickly wiped out. [/center]

The dragons of this world are much different than one would expect. Their true forms are the great beasts of legend that we all know and love, that is true, but their second form is different. The dragons have adapted to the shape and form of the races surrounding them, so they were able to take on a dragonoid-human form. One can easily distinguish them from humans, for their pupils are slitted like a snake's, they have scales running up their back and stopping at the back of their neck, and they have great big, leathery wings. Their second form greatly depends on their first form. For example, if they are a red dragon in their first form, they would have red wings, red scales, and more than likely red hair.

Nekos are another race of animal-people, being part human, part cat. The word "neko" actually means "cat" in japaneese. The nekos appear to be human at first, but this is far from the case. they have cat ears atop their head instead of normal human ears, and a cat tail. Their eyes are, as expected, slitted like a cat's. Some types of nekos have body markings, such as stripes, all over them. They also have retractable claws for fingernails, and a few have sharpened teeth.

This is one of two of the rarest species on Vicis. In myth, they were the secret protectors of the world that prevented it from falling into discord at the hands of the demons. Most believe them to be just that: a myth. However, the angels have been living on the secluded island of Apocolypse for many millenia, secretly watching over the world. They are all light in build, for it is needed for flight. All angels have huge, feathery wings that range in color, though white is the most common. Their halos cannot be seen regurally, save for when they are using magic. Their magic is much stronger than any other, matched only by the Demons, who are their sworn enemies. They live for the sole purpose of not letting Vicis fall into the Demon's hands.

These creatures are the main force plauging the world of Vicis, and also one of the rarest. In myth, they were constantly attempting to conquer the world and plunge it into chaos and discord. For awhile, they were believed to be nothing but a myth, but the Demons have been living on the same secluded island as the angels for many millenia. They live on seperate halves, for they cannot stand eachother, understandably. Demons are beings of pure darkness, often taking the shapes of humans with pure red eyes, and two different types of wings. One is a pitch black feathery wing, and the other is a red bat-like wing. Some have been known to have tails or claws. The Demon's sole puropose in life is to conquer Vicis and plunge the world into chaos and discord.
